Ways to Cook Chorizo

In our generation today people are very a touch in frozen foods just like Tocino, hotdog, ham, and the very familiar to everyone and they really love the most especially the kids the chorizo. Why chorizo above all the frozen products? Because chorizo gives the taste that you wanted to feel, it gives you happiness, enjoyment, and the wow factor you want to experience in a food that you eat.
Chorizo nowadays is very popular to everyone because in the morning we usually prepare chorizo for our breakfast, and also sometimes in lunch, dinner, and it also can be a ban in our sandwiches. Chorizo is first discovered in Spain;
Spanish chorizo is made from coarsely chopped fatty pork and usually seasoned with chilli, paprika and garlic. The mild Spanish paprika used gives this sausage its characteristic flavour. The Chorizo itself can be found as either picante (hot) or dulce (sweet), and now it is all over the world, enjoying its delicious taste. And because of its popularity it has now a different texture, flavor, size, shape, and also name, here in the Philippines it is called a longganisa, it is much related to chorizo because it is also made of pork grounded and mixed with different spices especially the native one.
     Now people are very particular in the flavour they want in chorizo that’s why other manufacturer produce different flavours of chorizo, and also it depends on the buyers of what kind of chorizo they wanted, if it is made of fat, glands, head meat, snout and other parts that are not usually eaten alone. And when we talk about the texture or the color of chorizo it is usually a red one, but in other countries there chorizo is color green.

     In cooking chorizo there is different kind of cooking; it can be grilled, fried, or simmered in liquid. Chorizo can be also part of your ingredients in cooking other meals, just like in spaghetti or in pasta.
     So what if you are a busy person that has no time in cooking your meals, chorizo is the best way to feed your stomach without wasting so much time in waiting to cook meals that needs a lot of time. Families prefer to prepare a chorizo in the morning because it is no hustle in cooking and most importantly the taste is so good.
     In storing your chorizo in the refrigerator it must be away from uncooked foods, a sliced chorizo should be used within a week of opening; whole sausages can be kept for up two weeks.
     So be in loved with the chorizo because for sure you will go to find every kinds of chorizo in the whole wide world, just to taste the best chorizo ever.
