longganisa mixed


When you first hear the word chorizo it sounds to crave. But what makes chorizo so special and different from other sausage? Every part of our world has their own versions of making chorizo. In the Philippines, chorizo is called longganisa mixed with native spices to increase the taste.
     In Ecuador, longganisa is what they called. It is a thin sausage containing almost any mixture of their own spices. As well as in Argentina, chorizo is the name for any coarse meat sausages. But what is really chorizo made of? Chorizo is a meat product especially the pork. It was grounded with spices and to have distinction, it is red in color.
     It was originated in Spain and has known in Mexico. But later on, it has spread out in other part of the world. Specifically and originally, it is made of pork, fat or even cartilage, smoked rather than fresh, salt, whole pepper grains, and cinnamon, it was characterize from its color.
It was originally produce fresh and need to cook before eaten. But due modernization today, it has come up with new style, new sizes, new shape, and new flavors from different manufacturers. Everyone loves chorizo because of its distinctive smell that’s make them hungry.
     Nowadays, many of the business such as fast foods chains and restaurants have included chorizo on their menu book. In the market today, chorizo is one the product that has been always been bought by consumers.
In economic industry, we can’t bid farewell to this product. Every day it is the talk about the people, from its different version around the world, we can’t deny the fact that it adds to our eagerness and guts to go to the other places just to eat new recipes about chorizo.
     Moreover, chorizo adds to our economic problem, because chorizo is now exported to the other side of the country. Food is one of the best tourist attraction nowadays, adventurous people visited different countries just to try out foods that are craving to the mouth. Chorizo is undeniable; it is one of the best foods to taste of.
     Sausages have come up from different labels, sizes, shape, and flavor, from small to large spicy to sweet. If you are going to have groceries from stores you will drop out by the meat section and indulged to pick a chorizo. And chorizo is good in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even brunch. Brunch is the combination of breakfast and lunch.
Lots of people like to eat chorizo as viand core especially to the children, because kids love to eat. The color of chorizo made it more attractive to the eyes of the people. And most especially people really love to eat this kind of product because it gives happiness and enjoyment to those people who are depressed
